Ordering Online - Special Orders
As we are sure you will appreciate, to be able to offer you, our valued customers, a wide selection of Retro products and accessories, some of these lines have to be ordered specially.
These can take up to 2 Weeks to be delivered although are often a lot quicker. – All items that need to be specially ordered are marked on the site.
Ordering Online - Made to Order Items
As we are sure you will appreciate, to be able to offer you, our valued customers, a wide selection of retro products and accessories, some of these lines have to be made when they are ordered.
These can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered although are often a lot quicker. All items that need to be made to order are marked on the site.
Ordering Online - Out Of Stocks
In the unlikely event of us being out of stock of the main stream products, we shall be contacted by a member of our sales order team to advise you of the problem.
Faulty Products Returns
All products purchased from Cherry Retro are covered by the manufacturers guarantee of quality. If you have purchased a product from us, and find it to be faulty within the specified guarantee period or substandard in any way, please telephone 0870 626 5162 or click here to notify us by email.
The product will either be exchanged, repaired or if preferred and purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full. (NB: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place)
Return / Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Buy any product from us, and should you not be completely satisfied, it can be returned to us for a refund or exchange
ALL ITEMS REQUIRE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING
Items must be returned in their original state – Free of odours, Unmarked, unworn with original tags and packaging attached – Within 7 Days of the shipping date. Please contact: Hayley at mail@cherryretro.co.uk for your authorization number and further instructions. Customers that return items in a condition unacceptable for resale will either receive store credit for the amount or simply have the item(s) shipped back.
Any customer authorised for a refund will do so (Less actual postage and credit card processing costs)
Due to high international shipping costs, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for orders that go abroad.
The item must also be returned at your cost unless your goods were delivered by a member of the Cherry Retro Group. We are of course more than happy to arrange collection of these items and will only charge you at cost for this service. To notify us of your dissatisfaction, please click here to send us a note.
Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.
Complaints

Delivery Information
Most orders are sent with the Royal Mail so would normally be put through your letter box unless it is sent recorded delivery. (Recorded delivery is usually for parcels over the amount of £50) If you are not able to be in On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers or a member of cherry retro staff, will either contact one of your neighbours or leave a crad through your door to tell you where you are able to go and sign for your parcel. Cherry Retro cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.

Delivery
We will always attempt to despatch your order within 2 working days of you placing your order. However delivery and despatch times can vary and so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of products that are in stock.
Payment
Payment for goods or services will be accepted by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, American Express and Giro Pay Through Paypal. Payment can also be recieved from you paypal account and through google checkout.
If you would prefer to pay by credit or debit card over the telephone, please telephone 01342 843131 with your order details. Our offices take sales calls Monday to Friday, 10am until 6pm.
We will also accept cheques by post which must be received prior to the goods being despatched. All cheques should be made payable to Cherry Retro and posted to 32 Weatherhill Road, Smallfield, Surrey, RH6 9NQ with a copy of your order.
Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which The Cherry Retro Group cannot accept any liability.
If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy however Cherry Retro do reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error have been made.

Transfer of Title
All goods remain the property of Cherry Retro until paid for in full. Where cheques have been received as payment, payment in full shall be regarded as the time when our bankers have verified the cheque to have cleared through the normal banking system.
