UK Delivery
Cherry Retro will deliver to any home or business address anywhere on the UK Mainland, as well as the UK's Highlands and Islands. You do not have to be at home to accept delivery.
European Countries
We deliver to many European countries, scales shown at the botton of this page. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to European countries.
International Delivery
Cherry Retro now deliver to many major Countries world wide, scales are shown at the bottom of this page. However There may be some cases where due to the weight of a package we may need to contact you for further payment of delivery.
BFPO Delivery
Delivery can also be made to all BFPO addresses. These deliveries will be charged at no extra cost. Please just enter as a normal address
When will my goods be shipped?
99% of all orders are despatched within 2 business days from when you place your order. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified of this and given the option of a full refund or to have the product put on back order. If the product you have ordered is a made to order item or a special order item your order will always be delivered to you within 7-14 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 48 hours of placing you order. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated on the delivery post code and the amount being spent on your order.

What happens if I am out?
Most orders are sent with the Royal Mail so on the day of delivery your parcel will normally be put through your letter box unless sent recorded delivery. (Recorded Delivery is usually used for parcels over the amount of £50). If you are not able to be in all day, our couriers or a member of cherry retro staff, will either contact one of your neighbours or put a card through your door to tell you where you are able to go and sign for you parcel. Cherry Retro cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.
Parcels that are sent out recorded delivery are due to the value of the products being high and they need to be isured with the postal company.
Delivery Schedule
At the checkout, Delivery is set to standard option which means your parcel will be sent out within 2 Working Days.

Retruns
Faulty Products Returns
All products purchased from Cherry Retro are covered by the manufacturers guarantee of quality. If you have purchased a product from us, and find it to be faulty within the specified guarantee period or substandard in any way, please telephone 01342 843131 or email Hayley at mail@cherryretro.co.uk.
The product will either be exchanged, repaired or if preferred and purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full. (NB: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place)
Return / Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Buy any product from us, and should you not be completely satisfied, it can be returned to us for a refund or exchange.
ALL ITEMS REQUIRE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING.
Items must be returned in their original state – Free of odours, Unmarked, unworn with original tags and packaging attached – Within 7 Days of the shipping date. Please contact: Hayley at mail@cherryretro.co.uk for you authorization number and further instructions. Customers that return items in a condition unacceptable for resale will either receive store credit for the amount or simply have the item(s) shipped back. Any customer authorised for a refund will do so (Less actual postage and credit card processing costs)
Due to high shipping international shipping costs, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for orders that go abroad.
The item must also be returned at your cost unless your goods were delivered by a member of the Cherry Retro Group. We are of course more than happy to arrange collection of these items and will only charge you at cost for this service. To notify us of your dissatisfaction, please click here to send us a note.
Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.
